OOPIC Pro is a particle-in-cell plasma physics simulation that helps improve plasma physics education, solves challenging problems in basic research, and aids in plasma-processing equipment design, analysis and optimization.

Note: This Software may be subject to the customs and export control laws and regulations of the United States ("U.S.") including, without limitation, the U.S. Export Administration Act (“EAA”), the International Emergency Economic Powers Act (“IEEPA”), the U.S. Internal Revenue Code, the Export Administration Regulations (“EAR”), the Arms Export Control Act (“AECA”) (as implemented by the International Trade in Arms Regulations (“ITAR”)), and other statutory or regulatory requirements, and the Software may also be subject to the customs and export control laws, orders and regulations of the country in which the Software is received. Licensee will fully comply with all such laws, orders, rules, and regulations described in this Section. Licensee will not export or re-export the Software in violation of U.S. export laws and regulations, or provide copies of Software to any end user or other recipient in violation of such laws and regulations.
