Focus

Computation: developing applications for prediction through computer simulations, especially high-performance computing, including:

VORPAL®: application for solving the most challenging computational problems in electromagnetics and electrostatics in either the presence or absence of matter. VORPAL uses sophisticated solvers, as well as both fluid and particle representations of matter.
Nature Cover

OOPIC Pro™: is an easy-to-use plasma physics simulation application that helps improve plasma physics education and solves challenging problems in basic research. OOPIC Pro aids in plasma-processing equipment design, analysis, and optimization.
Interactive Computations

FACETS™: multiphysics framework for distributed simulations with initial application for fusion device modeling.
Multiphysics Computations

Computation Support

High-Performance Scientific Computing: providing solutions based on our deep knowledge of modern, massively parallel architectures (multi-core, many core, hybrid combinations), algorithms, and software tools, coupled with an understanding of the scientific questions being studied, to accelerate scientific computing applications.
