Tech-X Corporation was founded in 1994 by John R. Cary, CEO and Professor of Physics at the University of Colorado and Svetlana Shasharina, Ph.D. and Vice-President of Distributed Technologies.

Our scientists and software engineers work on projects that address specific research questions and deliver quantifiable results. Our Business

To date, Tech-X Corp. has worked on scientific research & development projects funded by the Department of Energy (DoE), Department of Defense (DoD) and NASA and continues to look for new grant agency opportunities. Based on our reputation of delivering quality work on time we see an average annual growth of 40% per year in this area.

Since 2003, Tech-X has increased its focus in commercializing technology resulting from our research. We have released several commercial products, with revenues from software product sales increasing 50-fold since 2003.
