The following support services are available to users on the latest release of FastDL:

Basic Support Service (no charge)
Basic Support Service is available to licensed FastDL users at no cost. This is the level of support that is provided as part of the FastDL license.

The key features of Basic Support Services are:

Support Service (associated cost)
Support for TaskDL, mpiDL and FastDL is provided as part of an annual support contract.

  • Support for resolution of a single, specific incident
  • E-mail and phone access to technical support resources at support@txcorp.com or 720-974-1846
  • Initial response to support requests within 2 business days
  • Resolution response time goal of 5 business days
