OptSolve++ License Agreements

The Tech-X license agreement for OptSolve++ is available for your review. OptSolve++ is available under two main licensing arrangements. License selection is dependent on your development and use scenario as described here:

Academic Licensing

The Acadenic Licensing arrangement is provided to academic institutions using the software for student instruction or projects, demonstration, or research purposes, provided that such use is in no way commercial.

Non-Academic Licensing

The Non-Academic Licensing arrangement applies if you are creating proprietary applications or derivative works for non-academic purposes. For inquiries concerning non-academic licensing of OptSolve++, please contact sales@txcorp.com.

Evaluation Licensing

OptSolve++ is also provided with an evaluation license before purchase, so users can determine if the software will meet their needs.
