VORPAL Studio Help includes built-in searchable versions of the VORPAL Reference Manual, VORPAL User Guide, and VORPAL Examples Guide.
VORPAL 4.2 versions of the sample input files simpleWave.pre, simpleEs.pre, and simpleEm.pre are available from within the VORPAL Studio interface. Listings of the code from these files are available in the appendices of the VORPAL 4.2 User Guide.
VORPAL User Guide
The VORPAL User Guide is an introduction to using VORPAL, covering how to install VORPAL, create an input file, run a simulation, and analyze the results. As of the VORPAL v4.2 release, the VORPAL User Guide includes several tutorial exercises for learning how to use VORPAL through the VORPAL Studio GUI. The VORPAL User Guide also includes directions for running VORPAL from the command line.

The VORPAL Examples Guide demonstrates how to begin modeling certain types of problems based on a collection of VORPAL input files that demonstrate how to model physics problems based on VORPAL features. All VORPAL Examples Guide sample input files are automatically available via the VORPAL Studio interface. In addition to being included with the VORPAL distribution, customer documentation in PDF format is available for download from the links below.
