License Agreements

GPULib is available under two licensing arrangements, depending on your development and use scenario:

Open Source Licensing. This licensing arrangement applies if you intend to share the source code of your application free of charge with everyone to whom you distribute it, and you also want to give them the right to distribute to and share it with others. Use and distribution of GPULib is free under open source licensing (GPL).

Commercial Licensing. This licensing arrangement applies if you are creating proprietary applications / derivative works for which you will receive revenue for license fees, consulting, or other arrangements in which you receive monetary benefit from the use of GPULib. A Tech-X license agreement covering this option is available for your review.
