USim Support Policy

The USim purchaser will receive the number of hours of support specified in the purchaser's USim license agreement. After the initial hours of support have been used, additional USim product support is available at Tech-X consulting rates..

General USim 3.x Product Support

Available bug fixes will be provided for a particular release of USim 3.x running on the Windows and OS X operating systems that have not reached end of life at the time of release, plus any new operating systems that come into existence up until the time of the second following major release of USim 3.x or 3 years, whichever is sooner. Bug fixes will be provided for USim 3.x running on supported Linux operating systems released within the five years prior to the USim 3.x release and for those Linux operating systems released prior to the release of the second following major release of USim 3.x or 3 years, whichever is sooner.

USim 3.x Release Supported Platforms

  • Windows 7, 8, 10, 64-bit only.
  • OS X: El Capitan, Sierra, High Sierra.
  • Linux: 64-bit only, Debian, Fedora, Mint, RHEL, SUSE.
